Job summary

U.S. Renal Care is seeking a capable Administrator to manage the daily operations of a dialysis clinic. The role reports to regional operational management and may involve stepping in for leadership as needed.

The Administrator leads quality programs, coordinates staffing, ensures regulatory compliance, and maintains patient records. You will collaborate with the Medical Director, physicians, and community partners to sustain growth and high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Ensure staff meet required qualifications and perform duties within policy and regulatory guidelines.
• Recruit, train, develop and supervise all personnel; evaluate performance and counsel as needed.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state and local laws and regulations governing clinical operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operation of the clinic and ensure effective staffing.
• Lead QAPI meetings and quality improvement activities to achieve corporate goals.
• Coordinate and maintain documentation in patient records and ensure appropriate reporting.
• Oversee equipment, supplies, and the clinical environment to meet safety and regulatory standards.
• Partner with Medical Director and physicians; foster positive relationships with hospitals and community.
