Job summary

U.S. Renal Care is seeking an Administrator to oversee the daily management and operation of the clinic. The role reports to regional operations leadership and drives growth, quality outcomes, and compliant clinical practice.

Responsibilities include planning staffing, maintaining patient records, and ensuring regulatory adherence while promoting high standards of patient care and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to function in a leadership position with sound judgment.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• 1 year dialysis management experience preferred.
• Must have basic computer skills including Microsoft Office; proficiency in USRC clinical applications within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Lead staff in achieving quality patient care and program growth goals.
• Coordinate staffing, budgeting, and equipment maintenance to meet regulations.
• Supervise documentation and reporting for patient care and outcomes.
• Engage with medical staff to promote guest customer service standards.
