U.S. Renal Care, Inc. seeks an Administrator to lead the daily operation of the dialysis clinic and ensure high‑quality patient care. You will report to regional management and supervise staff, drive program growth, and maintain compliance with federal and state regulations.

The role emphasizes QAPI coordination, staff development, accurate documentation, and effective partnerships with the Medical Director and hospitals. A RN license and dialysis experience are required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and committee activities (QAPI).
• Coordinate staffing, patient scheduling, and workflow to meet patient needs.
• Manage partnerships with Medical Director, physicians, and hospitals.
• Develop and monitor policies, records, and performance metrics.
• Support staff development and enforce performance expectations.
