U.S. Renal Care seeks an Administrator to manage daily clinic operations, report to regional leadership, and drive growth and quality initiatives. You will lead staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate patient care across departments.

The role requires RN licensure with dialysis experience, strong organization, and proficiency with MS Office and clinical applications. This is a full-time on-site position emphasizing patient outcomes and compliance.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in a healthcare setting.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills required.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• 1 year dialysis management experience preferred.
• Proficient in English communication, written and verbal.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; familiarity with USRC clinical applications within 90 days of hire.
• Must meet state requirements for Administrator.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Drive program growth and coordinate patient scheduling and staffing.
• Improve patient outcomes through quality and process improvements.
• Manage budgeting, labor costs, and supply expenditures.
• Lead and participate in QAPI and governance activities.
• Coordinate staff education, meetings, and documentation of care.
