Encompass Health is hiring a Dialysis Program Manager to lead and grow the hospital’s hemodialysis program. The role directs staffing, policy implementation, and program outcomes, interfacing with hospital leadership and community stakeholders.

The position emphasizes patient safety, compliance with guidelines, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to monitor patient concerns and changes promptly.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure as per state regulations.
• CPR certification required.
• ACLS certification within 1 year of hire.
• CRRN certification preferred.
• One year of inpatient hospital experience (preferred).
• One year of dialysis nursing experience (preferred).

Responsabilités

• Direct and organize the hospital's hemodialysis program.
• Oversee performance of safe and effective hemodialysis following applicable guidelines.
• Implement policies for safe and effective care.
• Supervise dialysis staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Represent the program within hospital management and community settings.
