Job summary

Encompass Health Corporation seeks a Dialysis Program Manager to lead and grow our hospital hemodialysis program, ensuring safe, compliant care and excellent patient outcomes.

You will supervise dialysis staff, partner with hospital leadership and the care team, and implement policies. RN license and ACLS required; CRRN preferred; strong communication and organizational skills essential.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure per state requirements.
• CPR certification.
• ACLS within 1 year of hire.
• CRRN certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct the hospital's hemodialysis program.
• Ensure safe and effective care following guidelines.
• Supervise dialysis staff.
• Represent the program in hospital management and community settings.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to address patient concerns.
