Job summary

Encompass Health is seeking a Dialysis Program Manager to direct and advance our hospital-based hemodialysis program, implementing policies and procedures for safety and care while supervising dialysis staff.

You will be the program's face in hospital leadership and community outreach, coordinating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care and timely communication of changes.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure as per state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• ACLS within 1 year of hire.
• CRRN certification preferred.
• One year of inpatient hospital experience (preferred).
• One year of dialysis nursing experience (preferred).
• Inpatient rehabilitation experience (preferred).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
• Flexible availability for weekdays, weekends, and evening/night shifts as needed.
