Encompass Health Corporation is seeking a Dialysis Program Manager to lead and advance our hemodialysis program within an inpatient rehabilitation setting. You will supervise dialysis staff, implement safety policies, and partner with hospital management and the community to enhance patient care.

The role emphasizes clinical leadership, program oversight, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to address patient concerns and ensure high-quality care across shifts.

Qualifications

• One year of inpatient hospital experience (preferred).
• One year of dialysis nursing experience (preferred).
• Inpatient rehabilitation experience (preferred).
• Excellent communication skills required.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities required.
• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee performance of safe and effective hemodialysis following all applicable guidelines.
• Direct and organize the hospital's hemodialysis program.
• Implement policies for safe and effective patient care.
• Supervise dialysis staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Represent the program within hospital management and community settings.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to communicate patient concerns and changes promptly.
