Job summary

Encompass Health seeks a Dialysis Program Manager to lead and advance our hospital-based hemodialysis program. You will direct, organize, and implement policies for safe, effective care, while supervising dialysis staff and representing the program in hospital management and community settings.

The role requires RN licensure with CPR and ACLS, plus inpatient dialysis experience; preferred CRRN certification.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure per state regulations.
• CPR and ACLS certifications.
• Preferred: CRRN certification.
• Minimum: inpatient hospital experience and dialysis nursing experience preferred.
• Inpatient rehabilitation experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills; strong critical thinking and problem solving.
• Ability to work independently and be flexible with shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee performance of safe and effective hemodialysis following all applicable guidelines.
• Direct and organize the hospital's hemodialysis program.
• Implement policies for safe and effective care.
• Supervise dialysis staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Represent the program within hospital management and community settings.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to communicate patient concerns and changes promptly.
