Job summary

Encompass Health Corporation is seeking a Dialysis Program Manager to lead and enhance our hemodialysis program. You will oversee operations, ensure safety and compliance, and supervise dialysis staff across hospital settings.

The role requires RN licensure, ACLS/CPR certifications, and experience in inpatient dialysis or rehabilitation settings, with opportunities to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and engage in community outreach.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in good standing with the state board.
• ACLS within 1 year of hire; CPR certification.
• CRRN certification preferred but not required.
• One year of inpatient hospital and dialysis nursing experience preferred.
• Inpatient rehabilitation experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee performance of safe and effective hemodialysis following guidelines.
• Direct and organize the hospital's hemodialysis program.
• Implement policies for safe and effective care.
• Supervise dialysis staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Represent the program in hospital management and community settings.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to communicate patient concerns and changes promptly.
