Job summary

Encompass Health Corporation is seeking a Dialysis Program Manager to lead and advance our inpatient hemodialysis program across hospital settings. In this role, you will direct clinical operations, drive safety, and ensure high-quality patient care while coordinating with hospital leadership.

The position requires RN licensure, CPR, ACLS within 1 year, and inpatient dialysis experience; CRRN is preferred. You will supervise dialysis staff and implement program policies to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure as per state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• ACLS within 1 year of hire.
• Preferred CRRN certification.
• One year inpatient hospital experience (dialysis nursing preferred).
• Inpatient rehabilitation experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
• Flexible availability for weekdays, weekends, and evenings as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the hospital's hemodialysis program and lead the dialysis team.
• Direct and organize clinical operations to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Implement policies to ensure safe and effective care.
• Collaborate with hospital management and interdisciplinary teams.
• Represent the dialysis program in community outreach.
