Job summary

Encompass Health Corporation is seeking an Area Dialysis Program Manager to lead and advance our hemodialysis program. You will direct operations across hospitals, implement safety policies, supervise dialysis staff, and serve as the program representative in hospital management and community settings.

The role requires current RN licensure, BLS within 30 days, and ACLS within 1 year. Experience in inpatient hospitals and dialysis nursing is preferred, with a strong focus on patient care and

Qualifications

• Current RN license as per state regulations.
• BLS (CPR) certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS certification within 1 year of hire.
• One year of inpatient hospital experience (preferred); dialysis nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee performance of safe and effective hemodialysis following applicable guidelines in multiple hospitals.
• Direct and organize multiple hospitals' hemodialysis programs.
• Implement policies for safe and effective care.
• Supervise dialysis staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Represent the program within hospital management and community settings.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to communicate patient concerns and changes promptly.
