U.S. Renal Care is hiring a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to join a cross‑functional care team. You will work under RN or CN supervision to deliver dialysis treatments and assist with patient care in a high‑quality clinical setting.

Responsibilities include gathering patient stats, initiating and monitoring treatments, and collecting samples per physician orders, while maintaining safety and following all state/federal guidelines.

Qualificações

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Desire to work in healthcare and care for patients.
• Experience in dialysis, phlebotomy, or as a CNA is a plus.
• Must be comfortable mixing acids and bicarbonate according to protocol.
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient care during dialysis to ensure safety and comfort.
• Gather patient stats before and after treatment, initiate and monitor treatment, and collect blood samples as ordered.
• Prepare machines for hemodialysis, clean and disinfect equipment, and log safety checks and quality control data.
• Follow safety policies, wear PPE, and participate in staff meetings and continuing education.
