U.S. Renal Care is seeking a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to join our dialysis team. You will work under RN or CN supervision to support patient care and delegated treatments.

Responsibilities include preparing machines, monitoring treatment, collecting samples, and maintaining safety and quality through logs and protocols.

A high school diploma, desire to work in healthcare, and willingness to complete required USRC training and CPR/certification are required.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Desire to work in healthcare and care for patients.
• Experience in dialysis, phlebotomy, or as a CNA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality dialysis treatment and monitor patients.
• Prepare machines, clean and disinfect after use, and log safety checks.
• Follow safety protocols and participate in meetings and trainings.
