Job summary

U.S. Renal Care is seeking a Patient Care Technician to join our dialysis centers. You will work directly with patients to deliver high-quality dialysis care under RN supervision, including vital signs, initiating and monitoring treatments, and blood sample collection as ordered.

You will ensure machines are prepared and cleaned, follow safety protocols, and participate in quality control and ongoing education. A supportive team environment helps you grow professionally within the organization.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent (minimum education)
• Willingness to work in healthcare and care for patients
• Experience in dialysis, phlebotomy, or as a CNA is a plus
• Ability to safely mix and prepare chemical solutions following strict safety protocols
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors

Responsibilities

• Patient care: assist patients with safe, comfortable dialysis treatment and monitor vital signs
• Safety & Quality: prepare machines, disinfect, perform safety checks and document results
• Partnership: work with an interdisciplinary team under supervision of a Charge Nurse and participate in trainings and meetings
