Job summary

U.S. Renal Care is seeking a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to join a cross-functional team providing care and delegated dialysis treatment to patients. You will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Charge Nurse to support patients with renal failure.

You will handle vital signs, machine setup, treatment initiation, monitoring during dialysis, and post-treatment tasks, while adhering to safety and quality protocols and company policies.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Desire to work in healthcare and care for patients.
• Previous healthcare experience in dialysis, phlebotomy, or as a CNA is a plus.
• Ability to safely mix and prepare chemical solutions following strict safety protocols.
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, comfortable, high-quality dialysis treatment and gather patient vitals.
• Operate and monitor dialysis machines and procedures under RN supervision.
• Maintain safety, clean/disinfect machines and log quality checks.
• Participate in staff meetings and continuing education.
