Job summary

U.S. Renal Care is seeking a Patient Care Technician to join our dialysis teams in Arlington. You will assist with treatment, monitor patients, and support safety protocols under the supervision of nursing staff.

Training is provided to ensure competency in hemodialysis procedures and safety standards. Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, a CPR certification within 90 days of hire, and be willing to obtain PCT certification within 18 months.

Qualifications

• Desire to work in healthcare and care for patients.
• Ability to safely mix and prepare chemical solutions following strict safety protocols
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors
• Willingness to complete required USRC training program and certifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care during dialysis, including vitals and sample collection per orders.
• Maintain safety and quality by preparing machines, cleaning, disinfecting, and logging checks.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team under supervision to support care planning and meetings

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

CPR certification (within 90 days of hire)

PCT certification within 18 months
