The role requires a high school diploma and interest in healthcare, with prior dialysis or CNA experience considered a plus. Training is provided; CPR may be required within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Interest in healthcare and caring for patients.
• Experience in dialysis, phlebotomy, or as a CNA is a plus.
• Ability to safely mix and prepare chemical solutions.
• Ability to distinguish primary colors.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care during dialysis sessions.
• Maintain safety, quality, and machine readiness per protocols.
• Collaborate with nurses and the care team on patient assessment and care planning.
