Job summary

U.S. Renal Care is seeking a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to join our dialysis care team. You will work under supervision to provide safe, high-quality dialysis treatment and support patients with their care plan within a collaborative, cross-functional setting.

The role emphasizes accurate vitals collection, machine setup and safety checks, and adherence to state and federal regulations. Opportunities for growth and ongoing training are available within our nationally recognized network.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Desire to work in healthcare and care for patients.
• Previous healthcare experience in dialysis, phlebotomy, or as a CNA is a plus.
• Ability to safely mix and prepare chemical solutions following strict safety protocols.
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care and monitor vital signs during dialysis.
• Prepare machines for treatment, perform cleaning and post-treatment checks.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and follow safety protocols.
