U.S. Renal Care is seeking a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to join a cross-functional team delivering dialysis care to patients with renal failure. The PCT will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Charge Nurse to support treatment execution, patient comfort, and safety.

You will engage in vital signs collection, machine preparation, safety checks, and collaboration with physicians and nurses to support care planning. Opportunity for growth and ongoing education is provided.

Formación

• Desire to work in healthcare and care for patients.
• Previous healthcare experience in dialysis, phlebotomy, or as a CNA is a plus.
• Ability to safely mix and prepare chemical solutions following strict safety protocols
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors.

Responsabilidades

• Provide safe, comfortable dialysis treatment under supervision.
• Gather patient vital signs before and after treatment.
• Initiate, monitor, terminate treatment and collect blood samples as ordered.
• Prepare and disinfect dialysis machines; perform safety checks and log results.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures and state/federal regulations; participate in staff meetings and ongoing education.
