U.S. Renal Care is seeking a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to join our dialysis team. Under RN/CN supervision, you will support safe, high-quality dialysis while monitoring patients and assisting with treatments.

Core duties include preparing machines, monitoring during treatment, performing safety checks, and adhering to regulatory requirements. Eligibility: high school diploma, interest in healthcare, and willingness to train in USRC programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Desire to work in healthcare and care for patients.
• Experience in healthcare (dialysis, phlebotomy, CNA) is a plus.
• Must be comfortable mixing acids and bicarbonate according to protocol.
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors.

Responsabilités

• Provide safe, comfortable dialysis treatment and monitor patients.
• Prepare machines for hemodialysis, clean and disinfect, and log quality checks.
• Adhere to safety protocols and state/federal regulations; participate in meetings and training.
