Job summary

U.S. Renal Care, Inc. is seeking a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to join a cross-functional team, delivering direct dialysis care under RN or Charge Nurse supervision. You will assist with treatment initiation, monitoring, and blood sample collection per physician orders.

You will prepare hemodialysis machines, disinfect equipment, log safety checks, and ensure adherence to all procedures and regulations. A high school diploma, healthcare interest, and completing USRC training are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willingness to work in healthcare and care for patients.
• Dialysis, phlebotomy, or CNA experience is a plus.
• Comfort mixing acids and bicarbonate per protocol.
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors.
• Successful completion of USRC training within 8 weeks of hire.
• CPR certification within 90 days of hire.
• PCT certification within 18 months of hire and maintained thereafter.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care during dialysis sessions.
• Prepare machines, clean and disinfect equipment, and perform safety checks.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies.
• Participate in staff meetings and continuing education.
