Job summary

U.S. Renal Care, Inc. is seeking a Patient Care Technician to join a cross-functional team delivering dialysis treatments under RN supervision. You will work directly with patients, monitor vitals, and support treatment initiation, adjustment, and collection of blood samples per physician orders.

You will prepare hemodialysis machines, disinfect equipment after use, perform safety checks, and log results. The role emphasizes safety and ongoing education.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Desire to work in healthcare and care for patients in need.
• Previous healthcare experience in dialysis, phlebotomy, or as a CNA is a plus.
• CPR certification within 90 days of hire or as required by state.
• Patient Care Technician certification within 18 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, comfortable dialysis treatment and collect patient stats before and after treatment.
• Prepare machines for hemodialysis treatments, clean and disinfect after treatment, and perform safety checks.
• Adhere to safety measures and company policies under supervision, and participate in staff meetings and continuing education.
