Job summary

U.S. Renal Care is seeking a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to join our dialysis team. You will work under RN or CN supervision, perform delegated treatment activities, and support patients through safe, high-quality care.

Daily duties include preparing and operating dialysis machines, gathering patient stats, monitoring treatment, collecting samples, and logging quality checks. You’ll also follow safety protocols and participate in required training.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Desire to work in healthcare and care for patients.
• Previous healthcare experience in dialysis, phlebotomy, or as a CNA is a plus.
• Must be comfortable mixing acids and bicarbonate according to protocol.
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe dialysis treatment and collect patient stats before and after treatment.
• Prepare machines, disinfect after treatment, and conduct machine safety checks with logging of results.
• Follow safety measures and participate in required staff meetings and continuing education offerings.
