Job summary

U.S. Renal Care is seeking a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to join a cross-functional team providing dialysis treatment and patient care under RN supervision. You will monitor vitals, assist with treatment initiation and completion, and ensure safe operations of dialysis machines.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Desire to work in healthcare and care for patients.
• Previous healthcare experience in dialysis, phlebotomy, or as a CNA is a plus.
• Ability to safely mix and prepare chemical solutions following strict safety protocols.
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors.

Responsibilities

• Patient care: you will work directly with patients to provide dialysis treatment, including vital sign checks and blood sample collection.
• Safety & Quality: you will prepare machines, clean and disinfect, perform safety checks and log results in quality control.
• Partnership: you will be part of an interdisciplinary team, follow policies and participate in staff meetings and education.
