Job summary

U.S. Renal Care is seeking a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to join a cross-functional team focused on delivering dialysis treatment under RN supervision. You will perform patient care tasks, monitor vital signs, and ensure safety throughout the process.

The role emphasizes adherence to policies, ongoing education, and collaboration with the Charge Nurse and other staff to support patient care and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Desire to work in healthcare and care for patients.
• Previous healthcare experience in dialysis, phlebotomy, or as a CNA is a plus.
• Ability to safely mix and prepare chemical solutions following strict safety protocols.
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality dialysis treatment and monitor patients.
• Maintain machine safety and cleanliness; follow protocols and wear PPE.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and participate in meetings and training.
