Job summary

U.S. Renal Care, Inc. seeks a Patient Care Technician to join a cross-functional team delivering high-quality dialysis care. You will work under a Registered Nurse or Charge Nurse to perform delegated treatments for patients with renal disease.

You will be responsible for patient monitoring, machine setup, cleaning, safety checks, and contributing to treatment plans with the team. A strong safety focus and adherence to regulations are essential.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Desire to work in healthcare and care for patients.
• Dialysis, phlebotomy, or CNA experience is a plus.
• Safely mix and prepare chemical solutions per safety protocols.
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care during dialysis sessions under RN supervision.
• Prepare and monitor machines, perform safety checks, and log results.
• Participate in care planning with an interdisciplinary team and staff meetings.
