Job summary

Innovative Renal Care is hiring Patient Care Technicians to provide high-quality care for patients with ESRD. You will monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis, measure and record vital stats, and assist with cannulation and machine setup.

A strong desire to care for people and comfort around blood and needles are essential. Qualified applicants hold current BONENT/NNCC/NNCO certification (or state-accepted), plus BLS/CPR certification.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have a desire to care for people and be comfortable working around blood and needles.
• Experienced PCTs must have current certification from BONENT, NNCC, or NNCO or if applicable other state approved certification.
• Experienced PCTs are required to have current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment, including measuring and recording stats.
• Initiate cannulation and observe patients during dialysis.
• Set up hemodialysis machines and ensure proper operation of equipment.
