Innovative Renal Care is seeking a Patient Care Technician to provide high-quality patient care for ESRD patients undergoing dialysis. You will monitor patients, assist with cannulation, record vital stats, and set up dialysis machines, while building trusting relationships with patients.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma, comfort around blood/needles, and current BLS/CPR certification, plus relevant PCT certifications (BONENT/NNCC/NNCO or state-approved) if experienced.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have a desire to care for people and be comfortable working around blood and needles.
• Experienced PCTs must have current certification from BONENT, NNCC, or NNCO or if applicable other state approved certification.
• Experienced PCTs are required to have current BLS/CPR certification.

Mansioni

• Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment including measuring and recording stats, initiating cannulation, patient observations, and hemodialysis machine setup.
• Develop deep relationships with patients and strive to improve their quality of life.
