Job summary

Innovative Renal Care is seeking Patient Care Technicians to support ESRD patients through dialysis care. You will monitor patients before, during, and after treatment, perform cannulation, and ensure safe hemodialysis machine setup while maintaining compassionate patient interactions.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, comfort with blood/needles, and current BLS/CPR certification. Certification from BONENT/NNCC/NNCO or state approval is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Desire to care for people and be comfortable around blood and needles.
• Current certification from BONENT, NNCC, or NNCO or applicable state certification.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis.
• Measure and record vital stats and patient observations.
• Initiate cannulation and set up hemodialysis machines.
• Develop deep relationships with patients to improve quality of life.
