Job summary

Innovative Renal Care seeks a Patient Care Technician to monitor and assist dialysis patients throughout treatment. You will measure stats, initiate cannulation, observe patients, and assist with dialysis machine setup, ensuring high-quality ESRD care while maintaining safety and comfort.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma, be comfortable around blood and needles, and hold BONENT/NNCC/NNCO and BLS/CPR certifications. IRC offers competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Desire to care for people and be comfortable working around blood and needles.
• Current certification from BONENT, NNCC, or NNCO (or state approved certification).
• Current BLS/CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis.
• Measure and record vital statistics.
• Initiate cannulation and assist with hemodialysis machine setup.
• Provide compassionate patient care and support.
