Job summary

Innovative Renal Care is a leading dialysis service provider in the U.S. We are seeking Patient Care Technicians to support ESRD patients throughout the dialysis process, from pre-treatment to post-treatment care.

The role requires direct patient interaction, accurate monitoring of vitals, and safe operation of hemodialysis equipment. A High School diploma and relevant certifications are required; BLS/CPR certification is also expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have a desire to care for people and be comfortable working around blood and needles.
• Experienced PCTs must have current certification from BONENT, NNCC, or NNCO or if applicable other state approved certification.
• Experienced PCTs are required to have current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment.
• Measure and record patient stats.
• Initiate cannulation.
• Perform patient observations.
• Assist with hemodialysis machine setup.
