Job summary

U.S. Renal Care is seeking a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to join a cross-functional team delivering dialysis treatment under the supervision of an RN or Charge Nurse.

The role includes direct patient care before, during, and after dialysis, machine setup and disinfection, and adherence to safety guidelines. The PCT will participate in staff meetings, education offerings, and required training, with career growth within a patient-centered renal care environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Desire to work in healthcare and care for patients.
• Experience in dialysis, phlebotomy, or as a CNA is a plus.
• Comfort mixing acids and bicarbonate per protocol.
• Ability to distinguish primary colors.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality dialysis care to patients under supervision.
• Prepare and disinfect dialysis machines; monitor and document patient stats.
• Follow safety protocols, use PPE, and participate in required trainings and meetings.
