Job summary

U.S. Renal Care is hiring a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to join a cross-functional team delivering dialysis treatment under RN or Charge Nurse supervision. You will collect patient stats, initiate and monitor treatment, and handle blood sample collection as ordered by physicians.

You will prepare dialysis machines, perform cleaning and safety checks, and log results for quality control. You will follow safety measures and participate in required meetings and ongoing education.

Qualifications

• Desire to work in healthcare and care for patients.
• Previous healthcare experience in dialysis, phlebotomy, or as a CNA is a plus.
• Must be comfortable mixing acids and bicarbonate according to protocol.
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, comfortable, and high-quality dialysis treatment to patients.
• Prepare machines for hemodialysis, clean and disinfect after treatment, perform safety checks and log results.
• Follow safety guidelines with PPE and adhere to company policies and regulations.
