U.S. Renal Care, Inc. is seeking a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to join our cross-functional team.

The PCT will provide patient care and delegated dialysis-related activities under supervision, contributing to safe and effective treatment for individuals with kidney disease. You will work with Registered Nurses and Charge Nurses, assisting with vital signs, treatment initiation and monitoring, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards.

Qualifikationen

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Previous healthcare experience in dialysis, phlebotomy, or as a CNA is a plus.
• CPR certification required within 90 days of hire or as required by the state.
• Patient Care Technician certification must be obtained within 18 months of hire and maintained in good standing thereafter.

Aufgaben

• Provide safe, high-quality dialysis treatment and direct patient care.
• Prepare and disinfect dialysis machines; monitor safety and quality; log results for quality control.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and participate in staff meetings and continuing education.
