Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care invites applications for an Outpatient RN CAP 2 position. The role supports the delivery of clinically competent nephrology care, coordinating treatment plans and education for patients undergoing hemodialysis.

You will work with a team including RNs, LVN/LPNs, and technicians to ensure safety and quality care. Ideal candidates are graduates from accredited nursing programs, hold an active RN license, and maintain CPR/BLS certification; prior nephrology exposure is valued.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current state licensure.
• CPR BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation for assigned patients during hemodialysis.
• Coordinate care with RNs, LVN/LPNs and Patient Care Technicians.
• Document nursing data and adjust treatment plans under supervision.
• Provide education to patients and family; participate in quality improvement activities.
