Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current state licensure.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Minimum 2 years nephrology nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and evaluate care for assigned patients during dialysis.
• Document patient data and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Administer medications per protocol and respond to emergencies.
• Provide education to patients and families.
• Support and mentor other staff and participate in quality improvement.
