• Entry-level RN as part of CAP, advancing through program requirements.
• Experience in coordinating care across a patient care team is encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Perform assessments, document findings, and update plans of care.
• Deliver hemodialysis-related care under supervision and in collaboration with the team.
• Administer prescribed medications and document effectiveness.
• Provide patient and family education on care plans and treatment options.
• Participate in emergency response as needed.
• Assist with staff training and orientation when assigned.
• Ensure proper lab collection and processing as required.
