Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an entry-level Registered Nurse for the Clinical Advancement Program (CAP) at Big Lake, MN. The RN will coordinate patient care during hemodialysis, participate in education, and work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality treatments.

No prior dialysis experience is required; on-the-job training is provided and development through CAP is supported. Travel to nearby clinics may be required occasionally.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current state RN licensure.
• Current or successful CPR BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate clinically competent care for assigned patients during hemodialysis.
• Assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate patient needs with the care team.
• Administer medications as prescribed and document effectiveness.
