Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care seeks an entry level Registered Nurse to join the Outpatient CAP pathway in Chaska, MN. The role focuses on assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation for assigned patients under supervision. You will coordinate care with RNs, LVN/LPNs, and patient care technicians.

Responsibilities include data collection, treatment plan adjustments, patient education, and safe delivery of hemodialysis therapy. CPR/BLS certification is required.

Qualifications

• RN with entry level scope under CAP supervision.
• Nephrology nursing experience is preferred but not required.
• Current CPR/BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate clinically competent care including assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation for assigned patients.
• Document data collection and adjust treatment plans as indicated.
• Educate patients and families on care needs and transplant options.
• Administer medications as prescribed and document effectiveness.
• Lead or participate in staff training and orientation as assigned.
