U.S. Renal Care in Ohio seeks an Administrator to oversee daily management of a dialysis clinic. You will report to regional ops leadership and drive operations, staffing, and quality measures.

The role requires RN licensure, dialysis management experience preferred, and strong budgeting and regulatory compliance skills. The position offers full-time hours with comprehensive benefits.

Competenze

• Demonstrated ability to function in a leadership position and to perform in new and emergent situations with sound judgment.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
• Strong time management and organizational skills required.
• 1 year previous dialysis management experience preferred.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of the English language and ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
• Must have basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office; proficiency in USRC clinical applications required within 90 days of hire.

Mansioni

• Develop and implement processes for program growth in accordance with Company goals.
• Plan/coordinate patient scheduling to assure timely acceptance of patients and effective staffing levels.
• Implement clinical and operational processes to improve patient health and minimize hospitalizations and missed treatments.
• Achieve financial targets including budget, labor costs, supply costs and expenditures.
• Lead quality initiatives and maintain documentation in patient records as required.
