U.S. Renal Care in Indiana is seeking an Administrator to oversee the daily operations of a dialysis clinic, reporting to regional operations leadership.

The role emphasizes growth initiatives, staffing optimization, and adherence to quality and regulatory standards to ensure safe, high-quality patient care. Responsibilities include leading the care team, ensuring accurate documentation, managing budgets and resources, and maintaining strong partnerships with Medical Directors and hospitals.

Qualifikationen

• Demonstrated ability to function in a leadership position and to perform in new and emergent situations with sound judgment.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
• Strong time management and organizational skills required.
• Must have basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office; proficiency in USRC clinical applications within 90 days of hire.
• CPR certification within 90 days of hire.

Aufgaben

• Oversee daily management and operation of the clinic.
• Develop and implement growth processes and staffing plans.
• Lead quality improvement, safety, and compliance efforts (QAPI/CQA).
• Coordinate patient care documentation and regulatory reporting.
• Maintain relationships with Medical Director, physicians, hospitals, vendors, and community.
• Recruit, train, and supervise personnel and ensure performance standards.
