Job summary

U.S. Renal Care is seeking an Administrator to oversee the daily management and operation of our dialysis clinic in Ohio. You will lead staff, coordinate scheduling, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

The role emphasizes growth, quality improvement, and effective collaboration with Medical Directors, physicians, and external stakeholders. Prior dialysis management experience and an RN license are preferred for this full-time, on-site position.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to function in a leadership position with sound judgment.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• 1 year dialysis management experience preferred.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of English (verbal and written).
• Must have basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office; proficiency in USRC clinical applications within 90 days of hire.
• Must meet applicable state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall daily management and operation of the clinic.
• Plan/coordinate patient scheduling and staffing to ensure timely patient intake.
• Lead quality initiatives and coordinate Departmental activities to meet program goals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Medical Director, physicians, hospitals, and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state/local laws and regulations; prepare required records and reports.
