Job summary

U.S. Renal Care seeks an experienced Administrator to run daily clinic operations, lead staff, and ensure regulatory compliance. You will drive patient scheduling, quality programs, and financial targets while coordinating with Medical Directors, staff, and external partners.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and RN licensure with dialysis experience. Expect full-time hours on-site with comprehensive benefits and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to function in a leadership position and manage emergent situations with sound judgment.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
• Strong time management and organizational skills are required.
• 1 year dialysis management experience preferred.
• Current RN license in applicable state and CPR certification within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations and manage staffing to meet patient needs.
• Plan and coordinate patient scheduling and ensure timely acceptance of patients.
• Monitor quality programs, participate in QAPI, and maintain documentation.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state laws and maintain facility records.
• Develop partnerships with physicians, hospitals, vendors, and community.
• Provide staff development, training, and performance evaluations.
