Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an RN Training Coordinator to support education across our facilities and programs. You will deliver standardized training, orient new staff, and develop competency in dialysis treatment programs.

Travel between facilities is required to support regional and enterprise initiatives. The role requires RN licensure, 1 year dialysis experience, and CPR/BLS certification, with BSN/MSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited School of Nursing.
• BSN or MSN advanced degree preferred.
• Current RN state licensure in primary state of residence.
• Obtain and maintain RN licensure in assigned states as directed.
• Must meet practice requirements in state of employment.
• Minimum 1-year dialysis experience as RN.
• CDN or CNN preferred or to be attained within 18 months of employment.
• CPR/BLS certification maintained.

Responsibilities

• Supports training and education programs across assigned facilities to promote quality patient care.
• Delivers standardized, competency-based training and orientation for new staff.
• Develops competency and skills to educate personnel in dialysis treatment programs.
• Collaborates with leaders to schedule, provide, and implement education programs and processes.
• Maintains open communication with internal and external customers including physicians, management, and staff.
• Promotes patient safety and quality outcomes through evidence-based education.
