Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required.
• BSN or MSN preferred.
• Current RN licensure in primary state of residence.
• RN licensure in assigned states as directed.
• CDN or CNN preferred or must attain within 18 months of employment.
• CPR BLS certification and ongoing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supports training and education programs for staff across facilities.
• Aligns activities with regional, group, and corporate goals.
• Promotes patient safety and quality outcomes through education.
• Develops competency to educate personnel in dialysis treatment programs.
• Collaborates with partners to schedule and implement education programs.
• Delivers training using various educational venues and tools.
• Maintains open communication with internal and external customers.
