Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Training and Education Specialist to coordinate and deliver competency-based education for employees across multiple facilities. You will lead new employee orientation, preceptor training, and ongoing clinical and customer-service education to promote high-quality patient care.

The role requires collaboration with facility teams, physicians, and external partners, with substantial travel (35-80%) to support programs and implementations.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required.
• BSN/MSN preferred.
• Current RN licensure in primary state of residence.
• RN licensure in assigned states as directed.
• CPR BLS certification required/maintained.

Responsibilities

• Support training and education across facilities in assigned area.
• Align with regional/enterprise goals and standards.
• Deliver competency-based programs including new employee orientation and in-services.
• Develop and maintain nursing education on dialysis treatment programs.
• Promote lifelong learning and professional development.
• Collaborate with partners to schedule and execute education programs.
• Use varied educational methods to deliver engaging learning experiences.
• Support data collection and quality improvement through training metrics.
