Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care in the United States is seeking an RN Education Specialist to train staff across dialysis facilities. You will design and deliver competency-based education, orientation, and in-service programs to support clinical quality and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree from a nursing program.
• BSN/MSN preferred.
• Current RN licensure in home state.
• RN licensure in assigned states as directed.
• State practice requirements.
• Minimum 1 year dialysis experience as RN.
• CDN or CNN certification preferred or to be obtained within 18 months.
• CPR/BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Delivers competency-based training and development programs.
• Supports new employee orientation and preceptor training.
• Promotes patient safety and clinical quality through education.

Education

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
