Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care in the United States seeks an RN Education Manager to plan, implement, and manage training programs across nephrology and dialysis services. You will lead education initiatives, collaborate with regional and corporate teams, and drive improvements in clinical quality and patient outcomes.

The role requires 3–4 years of nephrology RN experience, management exposure, and a track record in educational leadership. Travel is heavy and a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• At least 3-4 years’ RN experience in nephrology or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience preferred.
• Experience in educational leadership preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and quality improvement skills.

Responsibilities

• Aligns with regional, group, and corporate goals through all activities and actions.
• Adheres to company policy, procedures, compliance, regulatory, legal, and ethical requirements.
• Focuses programs on clinical quality goals and patient outcomes using guidelines and standards.
• Leads cross functional teams to support clinical care and education initiatives.
• Develops, manages, and implements standard education programs, processes, and systems for patient care personnel in clinical, quality, business, and customer service domains.
