Job summary

U.S. Renal Care is seeking a Dietitian to join an interdisciplinary team caring for patients with kidney disease. You will work under supervision of the RDN Regional Manager to deliver evidence-based nutrition care.

You will assess patients, tailor therapeutic diets, review labs, and educate on fluid and electrolyte management. Collaboration with physicians and care staff is essential to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must have RD/RDN certification showing proof of registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (Baccalaureate or Advanced degree).
• Minimum of one-year experience in clinical nutrition as a Registered Dietitian.
• Current Dietitian license or state-specific requirements as applicable.
• Demonstrated English communication ability, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and clinical applications within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient nutrition recommendations based on nutritional needs and consult with physicians.
• Review lab results and educate on fluid, sodium, potassium, and CKD-MBD management.
• Conduct patient assessments and care planning activities; participate in monthly interdisciplinary conferences.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to maintain relationships with hospitals, facilities, agencies, and the community.
• Support safety and quality initiatives and participate in Quality Assurance activities.
